About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and techno-commercial Sr. Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive professional who can understand technical products, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth through new client acquisition and existing client management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator and infrastructure sector
* Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, field visits, and networking
* Understand client requirements and offer suitable Wingstair product solutions
* Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely support
* Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams for smooth execution
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement
Sales Coordination
* Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/ERP systems
* Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for timely deliveries
* Follow up on leads and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets
Market Understanding
* Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and industry trends
* Represent Wingstair at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Eligibility Criteria
* B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply)
* Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (experience in elevator or industrial product sales preferred)
* Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
* Comfortable with frequent travel across India
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
