Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar
Department: Sales / Customer Support / Marketing
Reporting To: Team Leader / Manager
Job Summary:
We want to hire a highly motivated, dynamic, and confident Telecalling Executive. In charge of making outbound calls to leads who may be potential customers, handling inbound calls receiving inquiries and providing the necessary information about the product or service, finally converting the leads into sales when possible. Excellent communication and an in-client-oriented attitude are the keys to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Record customer feedback and report to the management team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; College diploma will be an advantage.
Has an experience of working as telecaller or alike.
Fluency in oral communication in [Insert Language(s)].
Basic computer knowledge and on CRM tools.
Must handle possible rejection and stay motivated.
Good listening and analyzing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in work of call center, sales or customer support.
Working knowledge in telemarketing or outbound calling strategies.
Multilingual will be a great plus.
