About the Program
The Odisha IIS JSW Swimming Program is a Public-Private Partnership between JSW Group and the Department of Sports and Youth Services, Government of Odisha. Our mission is to develop and promote swimming across Odisha by providing a high-performance training environment that nurtures young talent into future national and international competitors.
Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and organized Area Coordinators to manage our grassroots swimming centers across Odisha. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, engage with local communities and schools, promote the program actively, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. You will act as the crucial link between IIS management and grassroots activities in your designated area.
