Job description

We are hiring for multiple positions of US IT Bench Sales Executive/Recruiter who has the character to work under high pressure environment and able to deliver set targets. Candidate must be able to work independently and he/she should be an asset to the company but not a liability.

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience years in Bench Sales(US Staffing company).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in working on W2/C2C Requirements.
• Able to work in EST, US time zone
• Speaking with up-line recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.
• Should be Expert in Bench Sales of candidates with H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD s.
• Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups
• Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients
• Interacting with Tier one Vendors and Direct clients
• Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants.
• Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplication
• Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.
• Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.
• Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with them
• Coordinate with consultant regarding the vendor calls, end client interview schedules and assist with providing necessary support.
• Excellent oral English communication and writing skills is must.
• Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn groups, Google, Free Job Sites etc. for posting resumes and to source Candidates.
• Think out of the box and be willing to work well under strict deadlines and targets.
• Train consultants about vendor calls and various online interviewing tools used by clients.
• Should lead by example with regards to punctuality and discipline at workplace.
• Should be able to follow and effectively implement rules and regulations set out by the company.
• Account Management of existing Tier 1 Vendors and should be able to bring new business to the company by adding new tier 1 vendors and Direct clients.
• Should be good in guiding and preparing technical resumes on different technologies for Jr consultants.

Salary

Starting Salary for Jr. level starting @ 25,000 Minimum and for good and performing candidate market competitive salary will be offered.
