JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer acquisition and retention and optimise the sales process.
- This role required a blend of sales expertise, analytical skills and a data driven approach to understanding market trends and customer behaviour.
- Analysing sales performance data to identify areas of improvements, such as optimizing the sales process, improving lead generation or increasing conversion rates.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions and improves sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the sales strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Optimize sales process
- Collaborate with cross- functional team
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators
- Develop and Deliver presentations and reports
- Manage and optimize lead generation and nurturing

REQUIRED SKILLS
