Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales Trainee

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: โ‚น10,000 โ€“ โ‚น15,000 + Incentives (Performance-Based)

๐Ÿ”น About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives / Sales Trainees who are eager to start their careers in sales and marketing. This is an in-office, full-time role with a strong learning environment, mentorship, and direct exposure to client interaction and closing deals.

๐Ÿงฉ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, emails, and meetings
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Present company services and proposals confidently to prospects
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services promised
  • Report daily/weekly progress to team lead
