💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives (Performance-Based)
🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives / Sales Trainees who are eager to start their careers in sales and marketing. This is an in-office, full-time role with a strong learning environment, mentorship, and direct exposure to client interaction and closing deals.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, emails, and meetings
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Present company services and proposals confidently to prospects
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services promised
- Report daily/weekly progress to team lead
