We’re looking for a passionate Hardware Design Engineer to join our Bhubaneswar team and build the brains behind 2W/3W EV innovation! 🚗⚡

🚀 We’re Hiring: Hardware Design Engineer – To Build Smart BMS

🔹 Are you a hardware engineer with 3–5 years of BMS design experience?

🔹 Have you designed at least 2 BMS products currently in commercial use?

🔹 Ready to own hardware at the heart of electric mobility?

What you’ll do

⚙️ Design & test BMS hardware (2W/3W EV focus)

🖥️ Build PCBs & schematics in Altium/Cadence

🔌 Develop communication interfaces: CAN, UART, SPI, Ethernet, USB

📶 Integrate wireless tech: WiFi, Bluetooth, LoRa, NB-IoT

🤝 Collaborate across teams and drive production & POCs

✅ Ensure compliance: AIS, ISO 26262, IP67, EMI/EMC

Who Should Apply ?

🔧 3–5 years BMS hardware experience with products in market

⚡ Expertise in power electronics, microcontrollers, and signal integrity

🔍 PCB design, prototyping & testing skills

🧠 Strong problem-solving & teamwork mindset

🎯 Bonus points for IoT hardware experience
