Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Real Sales Manager to join our team at Housethat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and will be responsible for managing site visits, client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations in the property buying, selling, and leasing process. The Sr. Real Estate Executive will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed property decisions.

 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about properties and answering all client queries.
  • Assist clients in identifying properties that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, property viewings, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide property recommendations and assist clients in negotiations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry news.
  • Handle the paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
  • Maintain a database of available properties and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in the marketing of properties through various channels.

 


 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and property laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and work directly with clients.
  • A valid driver’s license and own vehicle be required.


 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential or commercial real estate.
  • Knowledge of real estate software or CRM systems.
  • Certification in real estate or a related field (optional).

 


 

Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
