Are you a strategic leader with experience in high-growth sales or real estate leadership roles? We’re helping a top real estate advisory firm expand across Uttar Pradesh and Metro cities, and they’re looking for someone to build, lead, and scale their Commercial & Retail Sales operations from the ground up.
🌟 What You’ll Own:
City P&L ownership & profitability from Day 1
Building & managing a high-performing team of up to 50 agents
Driving exclusive mandate acquisition with landlords, developers & corporates
Expanding into new city markets across UP
Executing a 2X revenue growth strategy annually
Managing receivables, business reporting, and growth KPIs
🔍 You Should Have:
10+ years in channel sales or real estate (commercial/retail preferred)
Experience managing large teams and owning P&L
Strong networks across Uttar Pradesh
Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and relentless execution
MBA or equivalent preferred
