About the job
🔑 Your Role as an Ambassador
- 📢 Awareness: Share 2–3 peer success stories/month in college groups and on LinkedIn
- 🔀 Conversion: Drive adoption among at least 50% of ambitious students from your college
- 🧑🏫 Expert Scouting: Help identify guiding experts from your alumni base (aim: ~50 per college)
- 🧒 Events: Host online/offline events such as expert sessions, case competitions, etc. each month and represent Human Capitalists in college fests in and around the campus
- 🎧 Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback, quotes, and success stories
- 🏫 Representation: Be the point of contact for Human Capitalists at your institute
