Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern who is passionate about sports, active lifestyles, and outdoor adventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a growing adventure tourism firm while developing skills in communication, social media, and event support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Based in or willing to work from Nagpur during the internship period

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing adventure programs and training sessions
• Support internal and external communication tasks, including emails, reports, and presentations
• Contribute to social media handling: content creation, posting, and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Participate in adventure activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, hiking (training will be provided)
• Create basic promotional content: event posters, reels, captions, and stories
• Support documentation, photography, and video logging of field activities
• Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner during events and programs

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Interest in sports, fitness, and outdoor activities
• Willingness to learn adventure activities hands-on
• Awareness of social media trends and ability to use platforms for brand engagement
• Confident with presentation tools like MS PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides
• Proactive, organized, and a good team player
