Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive for our B2B wholesale operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with dealers, distributors, and wholesale buyers in the solar industry.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new wholesale partners and channel dealers
- Conduct regular field visits to develop and maintain strong B2B relationships
- Promote and sell solar products to wholesale clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand dealer/distributor network
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service
- Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management
✅ Requirements:
- 1–2 years of B2B field sales experience (solar preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready for fieldwork
- Local market knowledge of Chennai and surrounding areas
- Own two-wheeler preferred
