Job Summary:
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for travel and a knack for building strong client relationships? All Four Season is looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) to lead our corporate sales efforts in the Hyderabad region.
As the face of our brand in this key market, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth by working closely with our Travel and Holiday divisions, as well as cross-functional teams. Based in Hyderabad, you’ll develop and execute impactful sales strategies, build lasting partnerships, and ensure revenue targets are consistently met—or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
· Regional Sales Management: Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to establish sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business goals.
· Sales Planning: Create and implement sales plans, including pricing and promotional strategies, to drive business growth.
· Sales Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain an efficient system for tracking and reporting sales to streamline operations and enhance sales processes.
· Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to the management team, offering insights on progress and areas for improvement.
· Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across major cities in Hyderabad and surrounding region, including partnerships and sales channels, to expand the client base.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
· Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
· Coordination with Accounts: Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure timely client payments and conduct regular follow-ups to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
6. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and current trends.
7. Willingness and ability to travel as required.
