About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic finance leader to drive financial strategy, manage resources effectively, and support long-term organizational growth. If you have expertise in healthcare or project finance and can confidently guide leadership decisions — we’d love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to drive financial strategy and sustainable growth.
- Oversee end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and statutory compliance.
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective cost controls and capital expenditure management aligned with business priorities.
- Supervise cash flow, working capital management, and optimal fund utilization.
- Manage institutional and banking relationships for project finance and fundraising.
- Establish internal controls, strengthen audit readiness, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
- Support business expansion initiatives with sound financial evaluation and risk analysis.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to build a high-performance, compliant, and transparent finance function.
- Represent the finance function in board meetings, investor reviews, and strategy sessions.
Qualifications
- Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 12–18 years of relevant experience.
- Background in hospital finance, corporate finance, or project funding.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare finance.
