आिेदन कै सेकिें / How to Apply: 1) संबंधित दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन के वल ऑन लाइन माध्यम सेही स्वीकार ककए जाएंगे। हार्डकॉपी स्वीकायडनहींहै। Applications along with supporting documents will be received in on-line mode only. No hard copies are to be submitted. 2) आवेदन पोर्डल आई.आई.र्ी.एम. की वेबसाइर् पर ननम्नललखित ललंक https://www.tropmet.res.in/Careers पर होस्र् ककया जाएगा। पोर्डल 13.05.2025 (सायं 5 बजे) से10.06.2025 (सायं 5 बजे) तक सकिय रहेगा। The application portal will be hosted on IITM website at the following link https://www.tropmet.res.in/Careers. The portal shall be active from 13.05.2025 (1700 hrs) to 10.06.2025 (1700 hrs). 3) आवेदन पूरा करनेपर, प्रत्येक आवेदक को एक ऑन-लाइन आवेदन आईर्ी प्राप्त होगी, जजसेभववष्य मेंककसी भी प्रकार केसंदभडएवंपत्राचार हेतुसाविानीपूवकड सुरक्षित रि लें। आवेदक का सकिय एवंवैि ई-मेल आईर्ी और मोबाइल नंबर आवेदन मेंअननवायडहै। ई-मेल आईर्ी बदलनेके ककसी भी अनुरोि पर ववचार नहींककया जाएगा। Upon completing application, each applicant would receive an on-line Application ID, which should be carefully preserved for future reference and correspondence. Active and valid Email ID and Mobile Number of the applicant are compulsory in the application. Any request for change of e-mail id will not be entertained. 4) अपूर्डआवेदन और इस ववज्ञापन मेंननर्दडष्र् आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप न होनेवालेआवेदनों पर आगेकी प्रकिया के ललए ववचार नहीं ककया जाएगा। आवेदन करतेसमय, अभ्यधथडयों को यह सुननजश्चत करनेकी आवश्यकता हैकक वे पात्रता मानदंर् और अन्य आवश्यकताओंको पूरा करतेहैं, और उनके द्वारा प्रस्तुत वववरर् पूर्डरूप सेसत्य है। Incomplete applications and applications not in conformity with the requirements indicated in this advertisement will not be considered for further processing. While applying, candidates need to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements, and that the particulars furnished by them are correct in all respects. 5) यर्द भती प्रकिया के ककसी भी चरर् मेंयह पाया जाता हैकक उम्मीदवार पात्रता मानदंर् को पूरा नहींकरता हैऔर/या अन्य आवश्यकताओंका पालन नहींकरता हैऔर/या उसनेकोई गलत/झूठी जानकारी दी हैऔर/या ककसी महत्त्वपूर्ड तथ्य/तथ्यों को छुपाया हैतो उसकी उम्मीदवारी ननरस्त की जा सकती है। In case it is found at any stage of recruitment process that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and/or does not comply with other requirements and/or he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information and/or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature is liable to be rejected. 6) उम्मीदवार द्वारा ककए गए कई आवेदनों के संदभडमें, प्रकिया हेतुके वल नवीनतम आवेदन पर ववचार ककया जाएगा। In case of multiple applications by a candidate, only the latest application shall be considered for processing. दस्तािेज़ अपलोड किना / Uploading of Documents: आिेदन के साथ उम्मीदिारों को सलाह दी जाती है वक िे लागू होने िाले वनम्नवलक्तखत दिािेजों की प्रवतयां अपलोड करें: Along with the application the candidates are advised to upload copies of the following documents as applicable: 1) Photograph - JPG format, size 100 kB or less 2) Following documents, bundled as a single PDF file (size not more than 04 MB), strictly in the following order: • SSC/10th/Matriculation Mark sheet and Certificate • HSC/12th Mark Sheet and Certificate • Bachelors degree Mark Sheets of all years • Bachelors degree Certificate • Masters degree Mark Sheets of all years • Masters degree Certificate (or provisional degree certificate in case the degree has still not been awarded) • Certificate/Score Card/Fellowship Award Letter etc. as a proof of qualifying a national level examination (NET / GATE etc. mentioned in essential qualifications) • Caste Certificate, if applicable • Non-creamy-layer Certificate (latest) for OBC candidates, if applicable • PwBD Certificate, if applicable • Brief Resume
